Here is a fun invitation I made for our younger daughter’s birthday party last year. She loves popsicles, so I made the invitation with a Creamsicle theme in mind. I found the perfect sized popsicle sticks (Mini Jumbo sticks by Forster, 4-1/2″ long and 5/8″ wide) at our local Michael’s. I placed the invitation inside a cellophane package, complete with “product” labels on the front and back. The labels and the inside of the invitation were designed in Illustrator, printed out on my Epson inkjet, then cut with an Xacto knife. The “bite” in the popsicle was made with the edge of a scalloped circle punch. Enjoy!
i LOVE this invite! where did you find the partysicle logo?
The “partysicle” logo was created in Illustrator from scratch.
Wow, that is sooooooooo adorably cute!
Wow that is so simple and clever!!!!
Do you sell these?
Hi Patricia…thanks for asking, but I do not sell these. I have had several people ask about this invite plus a couple of others…I am not starting a business at this time…maybe one day in the future, though!

Hello,
This is adorable. What are the dimensions of the invitation without the popsicle stick?
The popsicle part is 2-1/2″w x 4″h…hope that helps! – Kimmie Lee

Hello, really adorable invitations! One question though.. did you use glue to insert the ‘product labels’ on the front and the back of the cellofane package? (if not, how did you manage to keep them in this place?)
I printed out the labels (with crop marks in Illustrator), cut them out with an Xacto knife, then ran the labels through my Xyron machine to put adhesive on the labels, essentially making stickers out of them.
You could also print out the labels directly onto adhesive sheets (like Avery’s full sheet labels), but I wanted the clarity and color of printing on inkjet paper.
Hope that helps…please let me know if you have any other questions.

Don’t know if wordpress automatically e-mails my reply to you if respond directly from my blog, but just in case…

What size is the actual Popsicle? Or is there a template available I can print off??
Hi Jessica…the popsicle size (excluding the stick) is 2-½” x 4″.

I’m attempting to make something similar for my daughters first birthday! How did you get the perfect Popsicle shape and have it folded so neatly and precisely?
Hi Stephanie…I used a rotary paper trimmer (I have a Fiskars one) to cut the paper accurately for the popsicle shape. I then used a scoring board (I have a Martha Stewart Crafts one) to fold the popsicle card neatly and precisely.
