It’s a sunny afternoon, my daughter is wearing her swimsuit, and she’s got her beach towel set up…No, my daughter is not actually at the beach…she is on our concrete driveway soaking up some rays, but she is enjoying herself all the same. A garden hose provided the occasional ocean spray to complete the “beach” scene. I made this scrapbook layout to remind myself that happiness sometimes means being content with what you have and not wanting anything more.
Following are some of the items I used to make this layout:
• beach patterned paper and small “summer fun” sticker – Creative Imaginations (www.creativeimaginations.us)
• orange chipboard letters – Cloud 9 Design (www.cloud9design.biz)
• light blue felt flower – American Crafts (www.americancrafts.com)
• orange plastic flowers – Queen & Co. (www.queenandcompany.com)
